Ingredients:
- Green Tea bags
- Green Cardamom (Choti Elaichi)
- Cloves (Laung)
- Black pepper whole (Kali Mirch)
- Grated Ginger
- Lemon Grass
- Tulsi leaves (holy basil)
- Sugar
- Dalchini (Cinnamon) Powder
- Water
How to make Immunity booster Green teaβ
- Pour the water in Pan and bring it to boil on high flame.
- Roughly Crush the cloves, green cardamom and whole black pepper together.
- Put the crushed mixture into boiling water.
- Now add grated ginger, lemon grass, tulsi leaves and cinnamon powder to the boiling water.
- Give a stir with the help of a spoon and leave the water for 5-10 minutes to boil on a medium flame.
- This helps water to fully absorb the beneficial effects of all added ingredients.
- After 5-10 minutes, add sugar to the boiling water. You can use brown or white sugar.
- You can feel the aroma of tea now, put off the flame.
- Pour the prepared tea into serving Cups with the help of tea strainer.
- Put the Green tea bags into seving cups and leave for a minute.
