Hello dear friends! How are you doing today? Bringing for you in this post, an easy step by step process to make traditional and very healthy recipe of black til (sesame seeds) laddoo.

Ingredients:
- Black Til (Sesame Seeds) – 250 gm
- Jaggery (Gud) – 250 gm
- Ghee – 1 teaspoon
- Drinking Water – 1 small bowl
- Ginger – grated small piece (optional)
How to make Black Til Laddoo:
- First of all put the pan on burner and heat it.
- Now put Black til into the heated pan and dry roast it with continuous stirring.
- Roast the black til until you get a nice aroma and crackling sound.
- Grease a plate with ghee and put the roasted til on the plate.
- Now, in the heated pan add 1 teaspoon ghee and put jaggery into it.
- Add a small bowl of water and cook the jaggery on medium – high flame with continuous stirring.
- Once the jaggery melts completely, add a small piece of grated ginger to it.The taste of ginger and jaggery put together is awesome.
- We have to cook it until it turns into a nice shiny syrup.
- Check the syrup is ready or not by putting a small portion of it on the roasted til and try to bind into laddoo. If til are binding together then put the burner flame off.
- Now,put the hot jaggery syrup on the roasted til and mix them well with large spoon to form a uniform mixture. Do not touch the hot mixture with your hands.
- Leave the mixture to settle until it cools down such that you can touch it with your hands.
- Next step is to grease some water on your hands and make small balls of black til and jaggery syrup mixture.
