Hello dear readers! Welcome back! Today I am sharing with you a very tasty and delicious famous recipe of Gajar(Carrots) Ka Halwa in easy step by step way.

Ingredients:
- Carrots (Gajar) – 1/2 Kg
- Choti elaichi
- Desi ghee – 1 teaspoon
- Dry fruits – Kaju (cashew) , badam(almonds) , kishmish
- Sugar – 250 gm
- Milk – 1/2 litre
How to make Tasty Gajar Ka Halwa
- First peel the carrots(gajar) and wash properly. Now either grate it or chop in a grinder.
- To chop the carrots, cut into large pieces and put into the chopper to grind it finely.
- Now put the pan on high flame,add 1 teaspoon desi ghee and heat it.
- Put the chopped carrots into the pan and roast it for a while.
- Now add sugar to the carrots and mix well. Cook them properly until carrots get cooked properly.
- Put the cooked carrots aside.
- Take another pan and reduce the milk. First put the flame high and after milk is boiled, lower down the flame and stir the milk continuously to make it thick.
- Once the milk is properly reduced, add cooked carrots into it and stir well.
- Cook the carrots alongwith milk for sometime till consistency of halwa is achieved.
- Next add chopped cashews (kaju) and almonds (badam) & kishmish to the cooked halwa, mix well.
- Add crushed choti elaichi into the halwa and mix it well to get a perfect aroma.
That all friends! The yummy and delicious gajar ka halwa is ready. Garnish it with dry fruits and serve.
