Ingredients :
- Cabbage – chopped or grated – 1 bowl
- Capsicum – chopped – 1/2 bowl
- Carrots – chopped or grated – 1/2 bowl
- Cucumber – chopped or grated – 1/2 bowl
- Tomatoes – chopped – 1/2 bowl
- Onion – chopped – 1/2 bowl (Optional)
- Cheese Spread
- Butter
- Eggless Mayonnaise
- Bread 🍞 Slices (Brown or White)
- Salt
- Pepper
How to Make Delicious Sandwich :
- First wash all the veggies properly with water and finely chop or grate them.
- Now take a bowl and put all the veggies into it.
- Add 4 teaspoon Eggless Mayonnaise and 2 teaspoon cheese spread.
- Add salt to taste and pepper.
- Stir well and mix all the ingredients in the bowl properly.
- Now take bread slices and remove the sides with a knife. Grease butter on the slices.
- On one bread slice put the vegetable Mayo mixture and spread uniformly.
- Put the second slice on the 1st one and cut the sandwich into 2 halves diagonally to give triangular shape.
- Repeat the process with other set of bread slices.
Wow and we’re done!! The tasty Veg Mayo Sandwiches are ready to be served.
