So today writing in this post a very healthy, beneficial, easy and quick recipe of turmeric milk.This drink is wonderful for our body health and immunity and should be taken daily. So let’s begin..

Ingredients:
- Turmeric ( Raw or Powdered)
- Green cardamom (Choti Elaichi)
- Sugar or honey
- Milk
How to make immunity booster golden milk:
- Pour the milk in a pan and put on the burner.
- While the milk boils,take the raw turmeric,wash properly, peal and grate it.
- Now put the grated turmeric into the boiled milk.Turmeric powder can also be used in place of raw turmeric.
- Keep the flame low now and mix the turmeric well in the milk with help of spoon.
- Next add sugar to the milk as per taste. If you do not want to use sugar, add honey to it for sweetness. Honey must not be added to hot milk, let it cool for a while and then add honey.
- Now add some crushed green cardamom seeds to the milk and stir well.
- Leave the milk on burner for 2 minutes on low flame and then turn off the flame.
That’s all friends, the magical ✨ golden milk is ready to be served.Pour it into the glass with the help of tea strainer.Serve hot and enjoy!!
