- Fresh Dhania (Coriander) – 1 bowl
- Green lehsun (Garlic) – 1/2 bowl
- Green chili – as per taste
- Salt – as per taste
- Roasted Jeera (cumin) powder
- Lemon juice – 1/2 lemon
- Sugar
- Black Salt
How to make tasty green lehsun – dhania chutney
First take green lehsun (garlic) and cut them into big pieces.The quantity of lehsun (garlic) should be just half of the coriander(dhania). Now take the grinder jar and put green Dhania (coriander) and lehsun (garlic) into it. Add black salt, roasted jeera (cumin) powder, salt, lemon juice and sugar to it. Sugar helps to get a fresh lovely green color of the chutney. Now grind the mixture well. Check in between if the consistency is correct. You can add little water to make a proper paste. Now add green chillies as per taste and grind well.
